Psychology and Developing Societies aims to consolidate psychology in developing societies and seeks to further our understanding of the problems faced by these societies. The journal provides a common platform for debates and discussions by psychologists from different parts of the world. It publishes theoretical, empirical, and review papers in different areas of psychology and gives particular emphasis to those papers which reflect unique socio-cultural and historical experiences different from the Euro-American experience. Psychology and Developing Societies publishes articles based on alternative paradigms, indigenous concepts and methods with relevance for social policy in developing societies.
