Description:
The Society of Rheology, Japan (SRJ) was founded in 1973, its aim is to promote the research in the field of rheology in Japan by supplying information and offering opportunities for cooperation among scientists and engineers with any interest in rheology. It publishes a periodical journal, (the Journal of the Society of Rheology, Japan), regularly organizes a few meetings each year, occasionally organizes international conferences, and supports meetings sponsored by other societies. The SRJ now has six Special Divisions, each involving the members in a specific field of rheology.
